Process & dispatch time
We process and dispatch orders within 24 hours after they're placed. Orders are generally shipped on the next business day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

What if I don't receive my order?
If you don't receive your order within 15 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
Can I change or cancel my order after I have placed it?
Yes, you can change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
Please contact our customer service team to make any changes or to cancel your order.
Am I eligible for return?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I return a product?
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, just email us at support@lypaws.com within 60 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to help with a return or exchange.

Damaged or defective items
If you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective, please contact us at support@lypaws.com to initiate a Free Return!
Please include your order number, proof of purchase (can be a screenshot of your order), photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
We’ll provide return instructions for the damaged or defective item. Be sure to complete this process within 60 days of the delivery date.
