Shipping & Delivery

Process & dispatch time

We process and dispatch orders within 24-48 hours after they're placed. Orders are generally shipped on the next business day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping times

USA: UPS/USPS/FedEx 6-14 business days based on your location.

Canada: Canada Post 6-14 business days based on your location.

UK & Europe: Royal Mail/Post NL 6-15 business days based on your location.

International shipping

For international orders our shipping fee is 10.99$ for all products, no matter the size or weight.

LyPaws will not reimburse the cost of shipping and/or other fees for orders that are returned/undelivered due to incorrect address or recipients refusal.

All international orders are subject to additional charges for customs sales tax.

We offer payments with all major credit and debit cards, as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

How do I return an item?

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at support@lypaws.com and our customer service will be happy to help.

What if I don't receive my order?

If you don't receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

Can I change or cancel my order after I have placed it?

Yes, you can change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.

Please contact our customer service team to make any changes or to cancel your order.

Damaged or defective items

If you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective, please contact us at support@lypaws.com to initiate a Free Return!

Please include your order number, proof of purchase (can be a screenshot of your order), photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

We’ll provide return instructions for the damaged or defective item. Be sure to complete this process within 30 days of the delivery date.
